First session back after five years off.
I'm not coaching
from theory.
I played sports at a semi-pro level. And I am a high level sprinter. Then real life arrived being a young father, work, relationships, the slow creep of priorities that aren't your body and I felt myself starting to slip.
Then I rebuilt.
Not by quitting my job. Not by living in the gym. Not by becoming someone unrecognizable. By figuring out how to train, eat, and recover around a life that wasn't going to stop demanding things from me.
I do. Every week.
What I teach isn't theory. It's the system I use on myself — between work, between travel, between the parts of life nobody warns you about. I just figured it out earlier than most.
— Now I help other men do the same.
